Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder email will take you just a few mouse clicks if you use a cloud plan with our company. This can be done through the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you could see all your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You may either pick an email and click the auto-responder icon or just right-click and pick the feature in the context menu that will come up. All you have to do will be to enter the content you want to be sent as the automated reply and save the changes. You'll be able to type in any text you need and editing or disabling the auto-responder feature can be just as simple. From the exact same section of the Control Panel you can check which mail accounts have the option enabled and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you choose to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account with us, you'll be able to add in an auto-responder for any email address that you make through the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All the email addresses you have will be listed in alphabetical order within this section and for each one of them you will see a little "Auto-responder" icon. To enable the option, click the icon for a selected email address, type in the content you want people to get as the reply to their e-mails, then save the change. You will be able to modify or delete this text whenever you want following the very same steps. If you need to create an auto-responder to a range of emails, you'll be able to pick them and include a message to them at the same time - an option, which is available in Hepsia and which can save lots of time.
